Welcome to VIbe, the official mobile application of Volunteers Incorporated (VI).
By accessing or using VIbe, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using VIbe, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the app immediately.

2. About VIbe

VIbe is a social networking and engagement platform for volunteers and community partners under Volunteers Incorporated (VI). The app enables users to connect, share experiences, discover volunteer opportunities, and communicate with other members of the VI community.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your local law) to create an account or use VIbe.
By using the app, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use VIbe only for lawful and community-appropriate purposes.

• Not post, share, or transmit content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or violates any laws.

• Respect the privacy and rights of other users.

• Not attempt to access data or systems without authorization.

Volunteers Incorporated reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Content Ownership and Usage

Users retain ownership of any content they post or upload to VIbe.
By posting content, you grant Volunteers Incorporated a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, store, and distribute your content within the app for community and operational purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to share any content you upload.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

When you delete your account, your personal data is automatically deleted as described in our Data Deletion Policy. Limited data may be retained for up to 30 days for legal or security reasons.

7. Account Deletion

Users may delete their VIbe account at any time by navigating to:
Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

Once deleted, your account and associated data are permanently removed in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.

8. App Availability and Updates

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to VIbe but cannot guarantee continuous availability.
We may update or modify the app to improve features, enhance security, or comply with legal requirements.
